We seek to keep vehicle, indicative price, location and availability information current, but it may change. A listing or enquiry is not a booking and does not require an operator to supply a vehicle.
Final terms are confirmed in the rental agreement with the relevant operating business.

- Do not introduce malware, automate abusive requests or interfere with operation.
- Do not impersonate another person or business or submit unlawful, false or misleading content.
4. Accounts and security
Administration and company access is personal to authorised users. Protect your sign-in method and tell us if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend access to protect the platform or investigate non-compliance.
5. Intellectual property
Dare Driver and Dare Rentals branding, design, copy and original content belong to Dare Driver Pty Ltd or are used with permission. You may not commercially copy, modify or exploit them without written consent.
Businesses retain rights in submitted content and grant the licence needed for us to display and promote their listings.

The website may link to WhatsApp, social networks and operator websites. We do not control those services or their policies. A link does not endorse all third-party content.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for interruptions outside our reasonable control, decisions based solely on provisional information, or contracts made directly with independent businesses.
Where the law permits a non-excludable liability to be limited, it is limited only to the extent legally permitted.
